Traditional window cleaning, the use of Applicator, Squeegee and Cloths in order to get the windows clean. Waterfed pole, using a Pole with a Brush on the end and Pure Water in order to clean windows. But which is better? There are different trains of thought on each method. The window cleaning industry seem to promote the waterfed pole over the traditional methods, mainly due to health and safety reasons. The long poles negate the need to use ladders. The system on paper looks to be the perfect solution. |

It's been awhile since the last post and so many things have changed. New services are being offered, new customers have come to the business and we have even started advertising on the radio. First of all the radio. In my spare time I host a Country Music programme for a local community radio station, Riviera Fm. We have just completed an RSL (Restricted Service Licence) that has been very successful to say the least. We are hoping to gain a full licence by September, which will allow us to broadcast on FM radio as well as the internet, which we are currently broadcasting on. |

Well, it has been a tad cold recently. Luckily down in South Devon we seem to have escaped the worst of the weather. With only a small amount of snowfall here, we have been lucky. However, like the rest of the country, temperatures have plummeted, which in turn has caused problems scheduling work, but thankfully we've kept on top of everything with only a minimum of inconvenience. The problems with cleaning windows in cold weather is obvious. Sometimes it gets so cold that water freezes on the window pane, when it's like that, the choice is simple, postpone it for that day, or come back later on. |
